As Design Director for YouVersion I prioritized team collaboration, human-centric design, and empowering designers to be visionaries for the future of where we were headed. I saw my role as removing roadblocks for the design team allowing them to spend the majority of their time pushing designs forward. I worked closely with the Heads of Engineering and Product to develop the roadmap.
